I would need details of the reason why you wish to sell before forwarding your information to the person or organization that can best help you. Whether you have a loan or not is important. If you do not have a loan, Diamond has been taking back points. I have intervened on behalf of several owners as a volunteer advocate when they were stonewalled or ignored. Diamond also has a newly formed Consumer Advocacy department if you want to try that.
