Timeshare Exit Team likely just negotiates with the resort to take your unit back. That is something you can do yourself for a lot less money.

Marriott properties usually have some resale value so you might want to list it for sale here on RedWeek or other reputable websites such as My Resort Network, Timeshare Users Group, or E-Bay. You might even want to consult with a licensed timeshare broker on ltrba.com. They do not charge an upfront fee but will charge you a huge commission upon the sale (minimum $1000).
