IT APPEARS TO ME THAT A LOT OF THE MAINTENANCE FEES INCLUDE THE COST OF THE SALES STAFF AS WELL AS EXTREMELY HIGH SALARIES OF THE CORPORATE EXECUTIVES AS WELL AS THE LOCAL MANAGEMENT. IS THIS TRUE.
