Horray Horray, We just got notice that Bel Aire is going to settle with us though Profeco. We don't get the whole amount back, but most of it. We filed with Profeco months ago before our year deadline was up and they came through for us. Hope if you file you will have the same outcome if it hasn't been a year from your purchase date.
