I just found a Newsletter that is dated August/September 2013 and YES, it is interesting. It states the Owner had a heart attack and then a stroke in 2010. It does mention a new property that the owners had been working for since 2010 named "PVSR" Punta Vista Signature Residence" in Punta Mita. And 'a new leaf turning..so all your worries can be finally over...golden opportunity....' blah, blah. Do you believe these guys. MichaelLogan wrote this newsletter to "valued member".
