Hi....Just came back from 2 wks in LaCabana BRC where I own. The villas are now called The Aruban. My friend bought a 1 bedroom there for $15,000. Be lucky that you have a place there. Sales are real pricey since they are developing it for high end gamblers. This KL resort development is said to be funded by Vegas money people who are redoing the old Casino as well as all the villa rooms, adding a minature golf course between the 2 pools A lot of construction is now going on. Hope this is not just for temporary show to sell their timeshare but my friend thinks it all a good deal. They are building a water park and bought acres of land the other side of the old casino that they are now developing. Also in the plans is a boardwalk with a shuttle from the villas to the beach.
