Paradise Village Hotel (by Susan V.):

There are 4- 8 story timeshare towers. One stands alone as it was the original building. Towers 2,3,4 are arms off a huge open lobby. Towers 1,2,3 offer ocean front rooms. They have recently built a 6 story tower (COBA) that has no ocean front but it has a lovely floor plan with a more quiet atmosphere. The beach is just across the main driveway. As an owner, I'm not sure how nonmenbers make requests. There is also a short term hotel that was originally used for personnel and there are fulltime and fractional ownership further down the beach at Playa Royale
