For everyones info. I am a owner at Flamingo, villa's, fixed week (Since 1997). I have escalated the issue with DRI (excessive maint. fees). Subsequently have joined the class action local lawsuit (all indications were we needed to do this locally). Its still in court.
I have contacted a few NV based legal firms regarding a US class action against DRI but no bites.
If anyone knows anything else, let me know. I've provided all my info and am actively participating in current lawsuit in St. Martin.
