Explanation of units available (by Jill T.):

Complete remodel includes completely new interiors in all units with granite countertops in the kitchen and bathroom, all new furniture, curtains and linens. New units are lock-outs so they can be rented as a double (A&B) 2 bedroom/2 bath with full kitchen and mini kitchen that sleeps 6. A. Studio apartment with Queen Murphy bed, full kitchen & full bath that sleeps 3 (chair/twin sleeper). B. Hotel room with king bed, full bathroom, partial kitchen that sleeps 3 (chair/twin sleeper). Can be rented separately or as a doubled unit A plus B (sleeps 6)
