This is a poorly disguised scam to collect the up front $1,949 fee to perform a so called "Registration in their service" so that you can have access to the info on their so called potential buyer. It's amazing how fast they give up when you tell them that the only way this deal will go thorugh is by them collecting that fee in the sales proceed. This is a different twist on the same con game that www.timeshares.com plays for listing timeshares. If you bother looking into their listing, you will find that the majotiry of them are listed at 10% to 20% of their original purchase value. At that price, I prefer to keep my timeshare and enjoy it. As another person said, what kind of fool would buy a timeshare at the builder price when they are available at 10 to 20%.
