I caught the sales manager in so many lies. He told me he made a reservation for me for Dec 2012 at the Venetian-which are private condos in Puerto Vallarta. He was renting there and has now moved on. I believe he lives out of his car and moves from place to place. . My paperworks shows Resorts International Foundation. There is no such company on the web. the 800 numbers do not work either. what a scam. I met a Canadian woman who bought the Bellaire five years ago.
