Yes they did have to pay a small fee up front but they told them it really depends on the case. Didnt want to take a credit hit over this nonsense. It was worth every penny to hand this matter over and let them deal with it so we didnt have to do anything. I really hope this helps! I hate to know there are people dealing with this nightmare too.
