I just got my 2012 maintenance fee bill. It increased 14.5% over last year. Since DRI took over ILX in 2009 my maintenance fees have risen by 41%! This should be criminal. They won't even take it back and if I don't pay they will ruin my credit rating. The fees have risen to the point where it is a losing deal. I could rent a week for less than the maintenance fees. What a terrible and frustrating situation.
