i have worked in the industry for 3 years and that's crazy. at the resorts i worked at the homeowners assoc. not the developer collects and spends the maint. money. the developer just sells the product, so you need to talk to the homeowners are doing stuff correct. the homeowners aren't allowed to make a profit. so if they went up expenses went up. how that much??????????? look into it.
