You might want to try out redweek.com and list on there.. Everyone is selling timeshares and I don't think you will get the price you listed... We bought ours on ebay for less than $1000 and it is a 2 bedroom float in the Cascades.. I might also suggest listing it for rent on redweek.com as that would pay your maintenance fees... We also have 2 weeks at Sheraton Broadway Plantation and easily rented one of our weeks last year... Just reserve a good vacation week and have redweek.com list it.. They are very reasonable to join and listing is reasonable. They also provide a lease on their site you can use... Hope this helps..
