Hi there. We are British though we live in another country. We have 5 weeks of timeshare in points at Orange Lake Vacation Club, Orlando - great family resort, right next to Disney, excellent rolling programme of maintenance etc etc. We bought via resale 20 yrs ago and have have had great use out of them. We are getting on now however, and less likely to travel to US or swop via RCI and will need to lose the annual maintenance fees from our reduced income. We would be grateful for some advice from regular timesharers. Will we need to advertise each week separately? Is there a lot of paperwork with each sale? Can everything be done via Redweek/email etc without us having to go over to the US? Should they be advertised as $1 or free in the Bargain Basement section? Thanks to anyone who can offer us any constructive advice about how to start the whole process.
