Mine also. I have points that I can't unload. We also are getting up in age and fees have gone from 55 a month to 86 a month. I can rent at Fairfield glades cheaper than the fees. I think I will just stop paying the fees. Don't care about my credit rating at this point.

What will happen when I quit paying the fees?
