Does anyone know who owns weeks 23,24, and 25 for unit 083?

I have heard some of the units are refurbished, how do you know which ones they are?

Check the posts under "Gold Crown Status" someone named "joanp60" has a post that she wants to sell I believe it is a week 24 lockout.

I was told my unit 399 C/D will be refurbished in 2009.

If you are 'invited' to attend a 'Buyer Seminar' at THIS Resort, (maybe others use a similar tactic..??) be sure, ABSOLUTELY SURE to Schedule it for LATE on YOUR Daily Schedule. Reason: We had an 'early morning appointment' and the representative did not show up until LATE Afternoon.... and she still could not understand "NO". We wasted a day that could have been enjoyed elsewhere. Late appointment, means you can simply ask the rep to "Turn out the light and lock the door, as you leave. We are retiring to bed. Goodnight!""

PS: This IS a 'First Rate' Resort..... surely worth visiting. PSS: On Second thought, I recall there are TWO Sunterra Resorts in the Williamsberg area. We were at the one that appeared to have been recently built... like since 2000. The 'other' resort looked 'Older', but we did not examine further.
