We're looking for owners interested in being included in a class action suit against Festiva regarding 2007 maintenance fee and special assessments.

Atrium owners.

Festiva is trying to negate our contracts, They are taking a few owners to court to try to change our contract unilaterally. If you are an Atrium owner, please contact
RowieP@aol.com. Include your name, unit number and week.
You may also find out info at Jeff Berger "Everything St. Maarten" website.

Timeshare contracts in St. Maarten will have no value if Festiva is successful.
