if a resale listing of royal palms says week 16, can i assume that is a RED marriot season and have access to all the other red weeks via marriott? or for some reason is this fixed to week 16, which doesnt make any sense to me at all? on their royal palms season calendar they list 16 as a red week so i would think any of the red weeks are accessible. There is a for sale posting for this resort, week 18. Contact the owner at http://www.redweek.com/posting/R335133. It's says the maintenance fee is $806.73.
