DO NOT LIKE NOR ARE HELPFUL TO AMERICANS

I AM AN OWNER HERE. These people have been extremely uncooperative. English is the accepted international language - anyone in the travel business understands this and makes sure they can communicate in English. These people DO NOT. They send out ALL of their correspondence written in German - including their billing statments. Their billing statements are calculated in euroes - they refuse to provide a conversion to dollars. They have one person on site whom speaks english and she is not often available - making it VERY difficult on english speaking owners. Their annual maintenance fees - advertised as 350 dollars per year - have risen in two years to 900 dollars.
