how can you guarantee to get a room without noise.

I have been told about all the noise which creeps into the rooms at the Jockey Club, can you pay a little more at time of booking in to ensure that you get a room on the Bellagio side of the club.

I just came back from LV and stayed at the Polo Towers and the Jockey Club. The construction did not sound nearly as loud at the Jockey as at the Polo Towers. Noise seems to be an issue depending on what side of the property the work is being conducted and what the work is. The Bellagio Las Vegas south side had welding work being done at lower floor level, in the middle of the night. It was very very bright. So in that case the Bellagio side was no bargain. I suggest asking for a room in the upper floors.
