going rate for 2 bd unit

Does anyone know how much 2 bedroom unit is going for here? ie. how much have people spent to buy a unit here. Thanks

When I visited in March 2007, I saw that Sunterra sells the right-to-use unit as best-level point membership in their club for around $30,000. Some older owners, pre-Sunterra own fixed-week leaseholds for around 99 years; they are transferable to heirs. The Club Sunterra membership is not.
