Customer service

We have owned for less than a year and have had horrible customer service with consolidated resorts. We were lied to at our show and the issues are still unresolved. We cannot even trade until it is settled. We have a very bad taste in our mouths about this company and their dedication to customer service.

what does that mean "lied to at our show"?

Most rentals are for 7 days. Are you allowed to rent for fewer days?
