Should I trade a two bedroom at Greensprings Plantation for a 2 bedroom at CPV - the owner there is asking for a 4 - 2 trade????

The resort seems like a great place, even though it is not near the beach. They do have a shuttle to take you to the beach at the Amsterdam Manor Hotel. It is supposed to be within walking distance to groceries, and pharmacies. They arrange guest pickup for tours. Someone even mentioned they have a car rental desk, but I can't confirm that. They no longer have an on-site restaurant, only the snack bar. Currently the restaurant area is under construction to provide more units. I have traded 2 bed/ to 2 bed (they are renting my connecting 2 bed) with someone who wants my red season Williamsburg units and we both couldn't be more thrilled - we are both getting the vacation we want next year!!! I'll write a review in March when we get back.
