cleanliness

We are going to the silver beach club resort in sept of 07. My question is the resort clean and kept up nicely.
Is there alot to do around the resort. How far is the speedway from the resort

It is a terrible property. Not well maintained. I left because they gave us a FAN to use because there was no AC. We left but just a FYI another woman was angrily complaining about Boogers all over her sheets. Gives you the shivers does'nt it. After corresponding with the owner I realized Snakes manage this resort. Save yourself alot of aggravation. Any property has got to be better than this one.
