Inherited week 32 (aug 4-8 2008) My wife and I inherited this week and would like to sell or donate it. From what I've read/researched, it's worth approximately $2200. The annual maintenance fees are currently $525. We have to transfer title to our names, but in order to do that, we must contact a Canadian probate atty.
