Vacation Club at Bahania Sold

Good news,

The Royal Oasis and the Vacation Club have been sold to a group in out of Ireland. They plan to demolish the vacation club portion and rebuild seveal hundred units in phases. They lplan to renovate the casino and the towers. Plans call for an additional tower at the sand beach site near the country club.

Sounds like the new owners want to make accomidations to neutralize or get out from uner the class action law suit that is in the works.
