question about vacation certificates

Dec 07, 2008

I have 45 certificates remaining from Palace Resorts, home resort at Palace Resorts Playacar on the Mayan Riviera, usable at the other Palace Resort properties in Cancun and in the Mayan Riviera. They are also bankable at RCI. I purchased my time share at this resort when it was Continental Playacar Resort Sun Club. When Palace Resorts purchased Continental Playacar I signed over my time share to them in return for these certificates. My question is are these certificates able to be soldike a regular time share? I need someone to advise me about my legal status with respect to these certificates and how I can sell them. There are 45 certificates exchangeable for a week each. Expiration date is 2019. Can I sell them as if they were a regular timeshare? How do I go about doing so?

You probably should ask your question at www.tugbbs.com as they have an entire Mexico forum.
