This name seems to faintly ring a bell --- not as a professional closing company, but perhaps as a "closing" entity associated with some eBay mega-seller(s). If that fuzzy recollection is correct, it may be an "in house" operation doing timeshare closings on a, shall we politely say, "learn as you go" or "trial and error" basis, with assorted false starts and procedural and / or deed content errors along the way.

What exactly is the nature of the "run around" to which you make brief (and not very explanatory) reference? Are you the buyer or the seller in this transaction-to-be? What are you being told about this delay? It's not uncommon for some "corporate chain" (e.g. Wyndham) closings to take 5 months or more, but there is no excuse for that kind of delay in any single-facility closing, unless there are unresolved liens or other encumbrances associated with the current ownership.
