provisional week

I see there are no timeshare trade weeks here but a "provisional" week. what is that?

When an owner does a valuation request with us, we include a checkbox that allows them to tell us: "I have this week reserved and would consider depositing if a suitable exchange can be found on RedWeek.com."

We list these weeks as provisional offerings, since there is the potential that we can find the owner what they're looking for, and receive their week as a deposit in return.

You can sign up to be notified when a provisional week becomes available by selecting the "Notify Me" link next to the provisional listing.
