Maintenance Fee at Williamsburg Planatation Hi, I am quite new to Timeshare, and thinking of purchasing a binnial 2BR Williamsburg Planatation unit at a resale market - hopefully though Ebay. However, what I am not certain is about the maintenance fee. On the listing I found on Ebay, it is stated as $355 every other year (only billed on the use year), and it seems to be TOO cheap for such property... Maintenance Fee at Williamsburg Planatation I also own there, and the maintenance fee is about $350 for a bi-ennial timeshare. Hi,

I am quite new to Timeshare, and thinking of purchasing a binnial 2BR Williamsburg Planatation unit at a resale market - hopefully though Ebay.
