what is the difference between a deed and a rtu (right to use) when purchasing a timeshare??

A deed is forever, an RTU (Right To Use) is until a certain year.

With a deed you own the unit or {space} until you sell it. With Right To Use like in Mexico you buy the right to use a week for limited time like 20 or 30 years. Unless things have changed since we had a timeshare in Mexico americans can not own property in Mexico.
