WARNING WARNING WARNING MAJOR RIP-OFF !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
NING
If you buy a timeshare from ANY sales presentation YOU GOY RIPPED OFF, PERIOD. You can always buy a timeshare on Craigs List or Ebay for around 2/3 off the price. And there's no HIGH PRESSURE !
The market place is FLOODeD with timeshare resales !!!!!!
And consider this you can ALWAYS find rental timeshares from owners who aren't able to use their weeks. They usually just want to recover a portion of their ridiculously high annual maintenance fees. I used to own Worldmark by Wyndham and for 10,000 credits it cost $565 in annual maintenance fees PLUS $89 a year to belong to RCI, PLUS $200 a week to exchange. Do the math $565 + $89 + $200 = $854 . I can rent a GORGEOUS condo ANYWHERE for that much and NOT have over $15,000 tied up in a depreciating timeshare. Worldmark credits sell at a presentation for around $2.00 a credit and they can be bought on Craigs List now for around 50 cents a credit. Need I say any more ???
