WARNING WARNING WARNING MAJOR RIP-OFF !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
NING
If you buy a timeshare from ANY sales presentation YOU GOY RIPPED OFF, PERIOD. You can always buy a timeshare on Craigs List or Ebay for around 2/3 off the price. And there's no HIGH PRESSURE !
The market place is FLOODeD with timeshare resales !!!!!!
And consider this … you can ALWAYS find rental timeshares from owners who aren't able to use their weeks. They usually just want to recover a portion of their ridiculously high annual maintenance fees. I used to own Worldmark by Wyndham and for 10,000 credits it cost $565 in annual maintenance fees PLUS $89 a year to belong to RCI, PLUS $200 a week to exchange. Do the math … $565 + $89 + $200 = $854 . I can rent a GORGEOUS condo ANYWHERE for that much and NOT have over $15,000 tied up in a depreciating timeshare. Worldmark credits sell at a presentation for around $2.00 a credit and they can be bought on Craigs List now for around 50 cents a credit. Need I say any more ???
