Prudential West Called Me. Anyone heard of them as timeshare resale company?

AI was called by this company regarding selling my timeshare week. Has anyone heard of them. I'm also interested in knowing if anyone knows of reputable brokers who sell timeshares.

If they charge a large upfront fee, then they're a scam .... they'll take your money and you'll never hear from them again.
