I know we're not English professors on these forums and English is probably not your first language, but proper punctuation and capitalization would make your post easier to read and understand.

Now, why would a company that sold your timeshare want "an additional 1-2k"? Was that in your agreement? If they sold your timeshare, why pay them more?
