has anyone heard of the NATIONAL EXCHANGE---guys name xavier and they are to help you get your money back from timeshare scammers?

If they charge an upfront fee then they're a scam .... the employees are people that formerly worked in the upfront fee resale scam business which is falling apart due to people beoming educated so they've started a new scam.
