I have a timeshare for sell in Fairfield glade tn. it is the 14th week of the year. If I sell my week and transfer the deed now, who would owe the main. fee for this year?

You can pay the 2011 maintenance fee then ask for reimbursement from the buyer, however to make the deal more enticing and you just want to rid yourself of ownership you can pay the 2011 maintenance fees as part of the deal, since many timeshares can't even be given away in this economy.
