Resortcom - Need your story ...

Have you or are you dealing with Resortcom? I need your story, especially if you have experienced unfair business practices and/or intentionally damage to your credit by Resortcom. I have been trying to get resolution on an issue that will go to trial next year. Resortcom with malice and forethought sent me to collections again after I had filed my lawsuit against them which further damaged my credit to the point I was unable to refinance. I know this is a standard business practice for them, but I would like to have other examples to submit when it goes to court. I'm not sure if I can add you to my case, but will consider.
