RAL Estero Island Beach Club

Dec 16, 2014

I own a week at this resort, and I gave it to the management company to rent, as I was unable to use it that week. They sent me a check for 2 nights rental even though I called the resort every day during my owned week, and was told that it was not available for 5 days of my week. That being said, I should have been paid for 5 days, not 2 days. The management company, RAL, refused to honor my rental agreement and kept the extra money that was collected by the resort for the other 3 days. DO NOT GIVE RAL YOUR UNIT TO RENT AS THEY ARE NOT HONEST, IMO.

Sometimes what is deducted is the management company's commission as well as taxes.
