How do I get the "availability varies" notation onto my listing?

Hi - I have a floating week timeshare, and want to show renters that they can choose from a variety of dates for their vacation. I notice that some listers have managed to add an "availability varies" notation on their listing instead of just listing a 7 day period of dates. How do I do that?

If you are posting a 7-night stay, and the check-in/check-out date range is greater than 7 nights, then the "availability varies" sign will automatically be added to your listing. The only time the notation is not added is when the dates on your posting match up to the number of nights in the stay.
