Is there a recommended rental service that offers beach chair set up and tear down each day?

The city of Myrtle Beach rents beach chairs with umbrella. Rental is done via the lifeguards. They set up around 9:00 am, and take down chairs/umbrellas at 4:00 pm. Although it is separate from the resort, you may charge the fee to your room.
