All Inclusive Selling

I am thinking about selling my points I am trying to find out the cost for selling my time share. This is my first time doing this I have a time share to rent and sell. Your all inclusive how do I determine how much the cost would be. Any help would greatly be appreciated. I have mine at Barony Beach CLub
