Resort Notices

There will be an electric utility charge assessed to each room. Rates are based on usage. In addition, a Cayman Island timeshare accommodation tax will be billed at check-out. The charged is calculated at the rate of $10 USD per night, per unit (subject to change).

Either a credit card or $500 cash security deposit is required upon check-in.
