- Ka'anapali Keys at Papakea Resort, a ResortQuest property, is a tropical oasis with the conveniences of home and the luxury services of a fine hotel. This timeshare resort is one of West Maui's largest low-rise condominium resorts occupying more than 13 expansive acres of property. Papakea's 11 low rise buildings were designed to afford every room an optimum view of the beautifully landscaped gardens out to the ocean views of Molokai and Lanai.
Papakea Resort offers studio, one-, and two-bedroom suites. Studio units feature a queen bed or a Murphy bed. One-bedroom units feature a king or queen bed in the bedroom, and a sleeper sofa in the living area. Two-bedroom units feature either one king and one queen, one king and two twins or two queens, or one queen and two twins, and a sleeper sofa. All units offer air conditioning, a private lanai, and a complete kitchen.
Guests at the Papakea can enjoy the three lighted tennis courts, two of Maui's largest oceanfront whirlpool spas, two gracious swimming pools, four saunas, two 18-hole putting greens, two shuffleboard courts, and twelve barbecue grills. Championship golf, world-class shopping and dining are all conveniently located nearby.

You can't give a 4.5 star rating but that's what I want to give it. We stayed in a 1 bedroom ocean front room. Fantastic!. 85% of complex has been renovated. New bathrooms are fantastic.
Nice pool area, *** resturant. Great Ocean front Beach Cabanas, Chairs, etc....
Down side is the surprise $12/day parking fee. These are not kitchen units as advertised. There is no oven in any of the new units.

This is a perfect vacation spot for family, or just the 2 of us. We have gone here every year, and plan on going back every year. I think this is the best resort on the island. Great landscaping and so close to everything. You just couldn't ask for more. The kids love the pools, mini golf, and tennis onsite. Not to mention the beach right out front. Snorkeling and body surfing. We love the jacuzzi at night. We also got to watch the whales right off our balcony. What a sight! The whole place is wonderful!

Stayed in a 1 bedroom with loft. 2 twins in loft, sleeper in LR, and queen in BR. COmfortable for 4 with room to move. Wonderful grounds. Not much beach, but an easy walk to Embassy Suites beach
