As described by a RedWeek member, Desert Paradise Resort is, "a hidden oasis". Located just off West Tropicana Ave., this year-round, all-suite resort has all the comforts of home.

Desert Paradise Resort offers one- and two-bedroom timeshare accommodations complete with a fully- equipped kitchen, full-size washer and dryer, separate dining and living areas, Roman tub, spacious walk-in closet, and air conditioning. One-bedroom units sleep four with a king bed in the bedroom, and a sleeper sofa in the living area. Two-bedroom units sleep six with a king bed in the master bedroom, a queen bed in the guest room, and a sleeper sofa in the living area.

Heated pool, spa, and fitness center are available year round, and the concierge offers discounts to shows, as well as information on area attractions, major shopping centers, and championship golf courses. Business travelers will appreciate the resort's broadband and wireless Internet.

While in Vegas, be sure to check out AdventureDome Theme Park, one of the world's largest air-conditioned theme parks. AdventureDome is the perfect place to escape Vegas's summer heat. Kids love the Canyon Blaster, the world's biggest indoor, double-loop, double-corkscrew roller coaster, which reaches speeds exceeding 55 mph. Tried-and-true theme park favorites like bumper cars, a swinging pirate ship, and a Ferris wheel can also be found. A rock-climbing wall, an 18-hole miniature golf course, a virtual reality zone, and plenty of arcade games round out the attractions. All in all, a great outing for the entire family.
