Open and spacious air-conditioned one-bedroom , two-bedroom and three-bedroom accommodations ensure the perfect amount of space no matter how many you're traveling with. One-bedroom units sleep up to four, two-bedroom units sleep up to six and three-bedroom units sleep up to eight. All units feature full kitchens with microwaves, dishwashers and in-suite washer/dryers. Best of all, enjoy the glorious Gulf Coast sunset from your own private balcony!

Madeira Beach is bordered on the west side by the Gulf of Mexico and is a paradise for golfers, in addition to boasting great fishing and water recreation opportunities. Many major attractions like John's Pass Historic Fishing Village, Busch Gardens, Adventure Island, Greyhound racing, Casino Cruises and the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino are within a one hour drive. Orlando is just an hour and a half away, while more historic areas such as Tampa's Ybor City and Tarpon Springs are nearby.

The All Seasons Vacation Resort is an excellent vacation spot to take the entire family. The rooms are very clean, big, and the beds comfortable. This is an older, smaller resort, but they are big on their upkeep. The beach is on the property and was not crowded. The swimming pool is clean, well maintained, and there have been parts of the day when no one is in it. The barbeque area is down by the pool, and there is a list you can put your name on for a time you would like to utilize it. Parking was no problem with a parking area in front of the resort, and on the sides under the building.
A short walk down the road is the historic John's Pass Village. The walk will reveal a city with clean streets, and law enforcement officers who are more ambassadors to the city. While there, stop in for dinner at one of the restaurants on the boardwalk and watch the dolphins play; I did.
I had a great time at this resort and this was complimented with the city's atmosphere. I look foward visiting again.
