Spent a week there in july 2007. very quiet area. no activvities for kids. average size pool, only one on site. condo is very nice. two tv's, but only one remote in the master bedroom. Condo's could use a coat of paint. Overall a nice place that puts you in between tampa and orlando.

We stayed here for a week & loved the condo itself. It was very clean, large rooms & a plus was the full kitchen & washer & dryer. This was nice after a day at the parks.
It is approximately half way between the Disney area & Tampa. If renting a car, we would advise NOT getting a gas guzzler. It's all highway driving, but it's the stop & go traffic that will get you in the pocketbook! We would definately go back here.
