Geo Group at ImperiaLakes
Timeshare reviews at Geo Group at ImperiaLakes
This timeshare is located in a community of single family homes. Check-in is about two miles away. The units are single story double condos. While the units are older, they are clean and well maintained and spacious. Check in was prompt, helpful and friendly. There are no planned activities and no sales force. Wifi is available for a charge. There is a heated pool, barbecue grills. While we were there, most of the timeshare guests were from Ontario, Canada. The men often stood in the pool while their wives sunbathed. They were friendly. There are plenty of sidewalks for walking exercise. We visited museums in Lakeland & Lake Wales, the Bok Tower Gardens and ate the famous strawberry shortcake at Plant City. Itâs two miles to the grocery and plenty of restaurants and shopping a little farther. We exchanged through RCI and as seniors found two weeks at this timeshare quiet, and very enjoyable.
Spent a week there in july 2007. very quiet area. no activvities for kids. average size pool, only one on site. condo is very nice. two tv's, but only one remote in the master bedroom. Condo's could use a coat of paint. Overall a nice place that puts you in between tampa and orlando.
We stayed here for a week & loved the condo itself. It was very clean, large rooms & a plus was the full kitchen & washer & dryer. This was nice after a day at the parks.
It is approximately half way between the Disney area & Tampa. If renting a car, we would advise NOT getting a gas guzzler. It's all highway driving, but it's the stop & go traffic that will get you in the pocketbook! We would definately go back here.
