Description

Escape to Royal Aloha Tahoe and enjoy the clean dry mountain air, sunny days, and starry nights. Just steps from your condo is unbelievable skiing at Heavenly Valley, offering the longest ski runs and panoramic views of Lake Tahoe. In the summer months, thawing snow flowing into Lake Tahoe provides excellent conditions for waterskiing, boating, and snorkeling.

One- and two-bedroom, one-bathroom timeshare accommodations at Royal Aloha are fully furnished and feature a gas fireplace, washer and dryer, and fully equipped kitchen. One-bedroom units offer a queen bed in the bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the living area. Two-bedroom units offer a queen bed in the master bedroom, two twin beds in the guest bedroom, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living area. After a long day of skiing or hiking, restore tired muscles in the year-round hot tub, or take a refreshing dip in the outdoor swimming pool during the summer months.

Outdoor enthusiasts should tackle the raw granite of Desolation Wilderness, a 100 square mile federal wilderness area directly to the west of Lake Tahoe. The granite and glaciers of the Sierra Nevada have strongly affected this region leading to the formation of well over 100 lakes of all sizes. This area is a favorite of hikers and anglers.

We have just returned from Tahoe and were very surprised to find the two bedroom condo at RAVC had practically doubled in size from our last visit a few years ago. The "downstairs" which previously had been unutilized has been transformed into a very private large second bedroom with its own bathroom with full bath with jets.

Upstairs the two bedrooms have been transformed into one very large bedroom with twin beds at opposite ends of the room. There was lots of storage room, plenty of dressers and drawers and how convenient to have a washer and dryer easily accessible in a closet! The kitchen is not large, but there is a full size fridge and stove and dishwasher. All soap and detergents are supplied. The fireplace is gas and at the touch of a switch you come in to a cozy, warm enviroment. The ski lift and slopes are a stone's throw away. In the summer (which is what we experienced) there are wonderful state run parks and beaches with stunning views. I took my daughter trout fishing and caught some beauties not far from RAVC. What more could anyone ask for?

Very well maintained and clean complex. Just a short trip to slopes.

I personally rented a two bedroom unit offered as R165996 at the Royal Aloha. The add said it slept 6. It would not sit but four people at a round table though. We were a party of 4 and found it cramped. No dressors at all just three small bedside tables in two bedrooms, and so we lived out of suitcases for one week. The management was excellent, friendly, accessable, and responsive.
